2RUHope is structured as a strategic growth engine for the activation of 17 Sustainable Development based Grassroots Mobilization and Human Capital Development programs for Direct, Real-time, Green and Blue Economy impact-driven models for every Citizen in the FCT, across 62 ward-level development zones.
